I'm a wife, mom, balloon artist, digital creator, and event planner based in Augusta, Georgia — and I pour my whole heart into every single setup I create.

Occasions & Co. was born from a love of celebrations and a belief that every moment deserves to be beautiful. Whether it's a surprise bedroom reveal, a graduation party, or a baby's first birthday — I treat every event like it's my own.

Booking & Event Policies

‼️ Important Booking Information
  • A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date and time.
  • Retainer fee is 50% of the total cost (unless booked with less than 2 weeks' notice — see Rush Bookings below).
  • Once the retainer fee is paid, all materials for your event are purchased immediately.
  • Retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • The remaining balance is due 72–48 hours prior to your scheduled setup date.
  • I do not book hotel rooms — customers are responsible for reserving and providing access to the room.
  • Prices include: setup time, helium, travel (within 15 miles), and necessary supplies.
  • Please allow 2–4 hours for setup, depending on the package. Be mindful of this when selecting your time.
  • Some hotels may charge an additional fee for cleanup — this is the customer's responsibility.
  • Cleanup services are not currently offered.
  • The more premium the package, the more elaborate the décor.
🚗 Rush Bookings & Travel Fees
  • A minimum 2-week notice is required to ensure I can bring your vision to life.
  • Bookings made with less than 2 weeks' notice are subject to a $50 rush fee.
  • Retainer for rush bookings (less than 2 weeks' notice) is 75% of the total.
  • Local setups (within 15 miles) — Free
  • Long-distance (over 15 miles) — $1 per mile
📋 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
  • Retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover initial planning.
  • If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date. A reschedule fee may apply, and new dates are subject to availability.
  • If you cancel after the remaining balance has been paid, refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered based on the work already completed.
  • If Occasions & Co. must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
⚠️ Weather Risk & Inventory Responsibility
  • Any outdoor event setup involving marquee letters, lighting, balloon décor, backdrops, or specialty rentals is weather-sensitive.
  • Occasions & Co. is not responsible for damages caused by rain, wind, lightning, storms, or extreme temperatures.
  • Marquee letters and electrical rentals are not waterproof and not designed for direct rain exposure.
  • If the client chooses to proceed during inclement weather or against professional recommendation to relocate indoors, the client assumes full responsibility for weather-related damage, agrees to pay $30 per damaged marquee letter, and agrees to pay full repair/replacement cost if damage exceeds minor repair.
  • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions once setup has begun.
  • Occasions & Co. reserves the right to refuse outdoor installation if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
💳 Payment Processing Disclaimer
  • Clients using Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or similar platforms acknowledge that any transaction or processing fees may be added to the total amount due.
  • Occasions & Co. does not control or absorb third-party transaction fees.
  • If a payment platform requires a percentage or processing charge, the client agrees to cover the additional cost to ensure the full retainer amount is received.
  • Submitting a retainer confirms the client agrees to these terms and secures the event date.
